I always get at least three quotes before making a decision, especially for something as important as termites. Cam immediately stood out from the other companies. He found seven additional areas of termite damage that the first inspector completely missed—the first company only identified the two spots I had already shown them, and the second termite company still didn’t find nearly as much as Cam did.

Cam also took the time to inspect my attic, something neither of the other companies even bothered to do. While Orkin may not have been the cheapest quote, their inspection and treatment plan were by far the most thorough and aggressive. Cam found termite damage in multiple exterior walls and even discovered active termites in the ground beside my house. They also treated inside the walls, which the other companies were not planning to do, and provided future protection to help prevent additional problems.

What impressed me most was how professional and genuine Cam was. He spent more time with me than any of the other inspectors, answered all of my questions, explained everything in detail, and truly acted like he cared about protecting my home rather than just making a sale.

Scott performed the treatment, and he was just as impressive. He was extremely thorough, explained the treatment process, and made sure I understood what was being done and what to expect afterward.
