PC Tech is a welcoming atmosphere that is professional and courteous with the best interest of the customer at the forefront. They provided amazing customer service and displayed patience when repairing my laptop. The price is unbeatable, and I highly recommend that without hesitation, take all of your PC issues to PC Tech. You will not be disappointed.
Mr. Sean is greatI broke my PC he figured out fixed it within 24 hrs to get up by the weekend. Not only diagnosing but letting me know what to upgrade to play the games I am looking forward to on ultra settings. Great communication on all parts and work. Honest man with honest work. Fixing to have him build my new PC. Trying to find a tech or still searching....... Search no more PC TECH BABY!!!
Some services may seem pricy, but after a few phone calls and questions around Dothan he was surprisingly on the cheaper end of what’s available locally and managed to save my data from a corrupt/failing drive that others said wouldn’t be easily retrievable. He was friendly but to the point and I’d say worth every penny spent to get my family photos and other important data back. As much as I hope I’ll never need his services again, I’m glad to know about this shop and will definitely recommend him to anyone I know who may need his services!
