I'm going to be honest here. I've been a member for over a year and finally cancelled my membership. I live in two different states and would go in both places. I had a 69$ a month spray tan package and a lot of the times I went the spray booth would be down. Because the booth was down, a lot of the times I would have to drive across town to another one! It was so annoying. Every time I went no one who worked there knew what \\\"codes\\\" to put in. Sometimes I would come out with absolutely no tan like the machine wasn't working again! This particular salon was awful..first thing...nobody was ever at the desk the entire time i was there. I had never been to this location before so i just asked for a good diamond bed. However, i ended up with the worst bed in the whole place! The bed was DISGUSTING, the inside top looked like it hadn't been wiped down in god knows how long, HALF of the facial tanning bulbs were out..and one of the shoulder tanners was out. AND none of the "extras" worked either..like the voice control, bluetooth, ect. The bed was louder than ive ever heard, and lights were very dim. Definitely sticking to my usual location cause this was a huge disappointment Services: Tanning
