“Dr. Walker and her optometric technician are amazing, and the office manager was very kind as well. I was seen in a timely manner when I arrived on time.
My only complaint was my experience with the staff member handling billing and payments. She was noticeably rude and unwilling to assist when I asked for clarification regarding my billing and contact lens prescription. Rather than trying to look into the issue or provide clarification.
Overall, this is a great location, and I am very pleased with Dr. Walker and the care I received.”
