My husband was in severe pain over the weekend and when I called Dr. Nowell's office, the lady answering the phone was so kind. I immediately had a return call back and the appointment was made ASAP, which was very early on a Monday morning. My husband stated that Dr. Nowell and all the staff were extremely kind and sympathetic toward him during his time of need!

Although, I didn't have any work done....the staff was very attentive to all of my needs. The actual work will be done on Jan. 23rd and I am sure I will have more to say about my experience with the staff. At this time I am sure that I will be well cared for by every one.The staff was great on my second visit and Dr Nowell is my hero, and I am not exaggerating.. at all. I had 2 extractions and I didn't feel anything, and I healed overnight. Best dentist ever! I’m a Sr Citizen and have been to many dentists. Dr Nowell and his staff are the best: knowledgeable, caring, gentle, friendly, … I feel blessed to have found them.
