I've been with knox pest control for about 3+ years and they are awesome I haven't seen a bug inside my home since they been giving me regular treatments,the customer service is also A+,I've never called the office ans Ms Maggie didn't answer on the 1st or 2nd ring,I'm very happy with this company

Great customer service! Jessie Wilson was great to work with when I called to set up service and made sure to answer all of my questions. I was very impressed with our first service appointment. Jessie was very friendly and thorough. He was on time and told me the areas I needed to watch out for any future problems. 10/10 would recommend and keep up the great work all around
