I was previously an employee and had to resign due to a personal reason. I absolutely loved this company!!! The best home care company I've worked for and with the highest pay! Their staff are very professional, caring, and helpful! I loved the hands on training I received! I would definitely go back if I need a job!

Our father was formally diagnosed with frontal lobe dementia last year. Because we live out of state and our father wanted to continue to live at home, we needed to find in-home care. We contacted Home Instead to help us. We were met with compassionate, knowledgeable, and professional people from the moment we contacted Home Instead. The client care coordinator, Becca F., communicated with us in a caring and informative manner. I could not be any more pleased with the service, consideration, and reliability I received from Home Instead in Dothan, AL. We loved my mom's caregiver and she loved my mom. Each staff member I came in contact with was absolutely professional--courteous, knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. If our caregiver had an emergency or sickness and couldn't come at any time, Home Instead always provided an excellent substitute. It was such a relief to be able to leave the arrangements in their capable hands, and I never had to feel stressed or worried about who was going to be there for my mom.
