I had one issue with a seam and leak once we got a good rainfall. I text Adam and it was fixed immediately. I found these guys to be very trustworthy and responsive. My initial review from Google. I called Hathcock Home Services for gutter installation at my home. The quote was fair, the crew was timely and the product is quality. I could not be more satisfied with this contractor. Because of unforeseen and very unfortunate financial circumstances, I was unable to continue with the installation of gutters on my new home. Adam at Hathcock refuses to refund my $1200 deposit because they state they cannot use the materials on another job. These are not windows - they are standard white 6- inch gutters. Really? I told Adam even a $600 refund would be helpful to me. NO response. This is a terrible way to treat a previous customer. Apparently it is not worth even $600 to Hathcock to restore their reputation. BUYER BEWARE.

I scheduled a gutter install for my new home. I paid a $1200 deposit. Because. of unforeseen and very unfortunate financial circumstances, I am unable to complete the installation. Adam at Hathcock said they could not refund the deposit because they already purchased the materials. This is a standard 6-inch white gutter install. I don't believe their excuse for a minute that this material cannot be used on another job. I told them even a $600 refund would be helpful to me at this time. NO RESPONSE. This is a terrible way to treat a previous customer.
