About Crunch Fitness - Dothan
Crunch Fitness is a great place to stay in shape, with a 5-star experience in many aspects. The gym has a convenient location, childcare services, and a friendly staff. The classes offered are fun, efficient, and motivating, with popular options like HIIT and cycling. Some members have found the classes to be too loud, but overall, the gym provides a great environment for working out. The equipment selection is mostly satisfactory, although some members feel that there are not enough flat bench presses and that the decline benches are underutilized. Additionally, personal training is available to help members reach their specific goals. The morning trainers are great and have great energy. The people make it a fun place and are a great group of folks. Some members have complained that the bathrooms are not getting cleaned and are not clean, which is a major issue. Several pieces of equipment need repair/attention.
We have things to do Crunch. It is currently 5:50am and I just left after nobody showed up to unlock the doors when you're supposed to open at 5am on Saturdays. Either make it 24/7 or get people to show up on time. This is ridiculous.
Best gym in Dothan hands down. Very informative staff, and kids crunch is amazing. You are greeted by name when you walk through the door, and you can't ask for better people. The machines and free weights are nice too
update 1/6/26: Thank you for the NEW management... Greeted with a smiling face and things are back clean and in working order. So nice to see workers and clients smiling again.
6/24/2025...Does your spray tan EVER work???? Please post on your website or app that it is not working so that people don't drive a good distance expecting services for their membership.
