Being a senior & in multiple accidents & working 33yrs as a RN I am limited in what I can do. The staff here always praises me just for showing up. This is a big encouragement. I take part in Silver Sneakers classes even make some attempts in the dance one. The instructors are great. One of them provided me w a chair when I didnt think I could go no more he said here you can do it this way. I so appreciated that. I am so thankful for this staff. They have made my retirement life much funner. Thank you all for your great work.
They never have the products needed to spray tan and the last time I went they didn’t even have trash bags. I’m starting to wonder if they have enough cleaning products to keep the place sanitized. They haven’t had hairnets for a month! I went online to Amazon and they are sending me 120 in 2 days! There is no reason for them to not have hairnets for their clients. And no garbage bags!
Overall, solid choice. I'm giving 3-out-of-5 as a slightly better than average type of mindset. They have some cool machines and equipment, especially if you like to do HIIT workouts. The accessibility and variety of machines are the high points here.Pros:- You can bring a free guest with the 2nd and 3rd level membership, not the base.- 24 hours!- Cool and interesting equipment that's kept up pretty well. There are a few machines that have been out of order for awhile.- Staff are very nice and welcoming.Cons:- This Crunch in particular is a bit dirty. People don't wipe down the machines and the roof has a couple leaky spots so there are a couple buckets around the building...read full review
