I wasn’t even a client of this office. I was on my way to my regular vet when I found myself in a situation with my cat that had become overwhelming and honestly frightening. I called this office from their parking lot, crying and asking if someone could please help me.
Without hesitation, one of their staff members came outside with a carrier and helped me when she absolutely did not have to. She was calm, kind, compassionate, and exactly the person I needed in that moment. I genuinely don’t know how I would have gotten through that situation without her.
I went back today with a small thank-you gift, and when she told me, “You didn’t have to do this,” my response was, “No, YOU didn’t have to.” That is exactly why I wanted to leave this review.
While we were talking, a man suddenly came through the door asking for help because he thought his dog was dying. Before my eyes, she immediately jumped into action to help him—just as she had done for me.
I can’t speak from experience about being a regular client here, but I can speak about the incredible kindness and compassion I received from this particular member of their staff. She helped a scared stranger in a parking lot simply because I needed help. I will never forget what she did for me.
Five stars doesn’t feel like enough for the kindness she showed me. ❤️”

“While strikingly beautiful, color point cats are medically complex. They get their cool colors from a genetic mutation that causes the cooler parts of their bodies to have darker fur. The mutation has something to do with tyrosinase and it impacts their dopamine system which makes them prone to stress and dementia.

My guy has Feline Idiopathic Cystits which is usually caused by stress for him. Yesterday, Dr. Tucker found that he also has stomatitis which his kind are apparently predisposed to. Frank hit the genetic lottery.

Earlier this week, my geriatric Chihuahua had to be seen. He's developed allergies and the poor, little guy was covered in lesions. He's feeling much better now.

When it rains it pours. My vehicle is inoperable at the time. I drive for work and have been in a rental while waiting for a part for my annoying German car. Dr. Tucker kindly kept the care of my cat within my budget.

I cannot say enough good things about this clinic and Dr. Tucker's knowledge of what ails our pets.”

And unfortunately we have had to put down two of our labs here too. They showed love & compassion to our fur babies. Their pricing is the best too!”
