I came down on a Sunday to pick up a camper and we couldn't get the slide outs to go in. We tried for about 5-6 hours to figure it out, with no luck. So I called Cory and he showed up within an hour on a Sunday night and had me on the road in about 20 minutes.

I have a Tiffin Phaeton and we have had nothing but trouble with the Onan Cummins QD10000 generator. I already brought the generator to Cummins in Albany GA twice but was still having issues. I spoke with Cory and explained what was happening. He was quickly able to diagnose the error code and I brought it to him. He made the adjustments and performed annual maintenance to include replacing the rear fan belt. As sometimes happens, we were not through. The generator ran fine but started struggling again. Our camper batteries were hot, smelled like roasted skunk, so I called who was listed as nearby. Within a couple hours, we have new batteries and avoided what could have been a fire or explosion.
Prices were reasonable, service call was after 8pm on a Monday night. Really appreciate having such a quick response. If you find yourself needing rv service, call this place!
