Everyone I met was very respectful and courteous. I had a very thorough eye exam with a VERY professional tech and was followed by a very personal consultation with Dr. Purvis. He explained my options to me in terms that was easy for me to understand and relate to.
My experience was great and I will gladly recommend this team to others.
My appointment was amazing. I hadn't had an eye exam in a few years and I was nervous .the staff was so patient and helpful w the registration and insurance forms . All the tests were very professionally executed . When I saw Dr Purvis , he was reassuring , easy to talk to and very knowledgeable . I would highly recommend this practice . if you need any eye care , go see Dr Purvis and his competent staff .
I went to see Dr Purvis yesterday for the first time. I was extremely impressed by his professionalism and his kindness to me! I will certainly not be hesitant to recommend to my friends and others to go to Dr Purvis for eye care! His staff was warm, friendly and helpful, as well! I especially want to thank Debbie for her patience and willingness to help me in any way in my decision pertaining to glasses!! This is a big decision for me, and she did all she could in helping me.🥰
