“The staff was very friendly and my overall experience was great. But I deducted 1 star because of the wait time. This was my first time using this urgent care, so Know before you go, that once you sign in at the front desk you will receive a text link to fill out patient information. Do this immediately or else anyone that comes in behind you can jump ahead in line if they happen to get their paperwork submitted before you do. There's no signage telling you this, so I had 2 people come in after me and they apparently knew this information, and were called back and seen ahead of me.
