John and his team at North Alabama Electric were fantastic! They came out to my house to hook up my HVAC unit and did a great job from start to finish. From the initial inspection, John took the time to fully understand the issue and came up with a smart, efficient solution that made everything simple and stress-free. I also called the office beforehand, and Kriste was very helpful—she kept me informed and let me know exactly when John and his team would be arriving. Great experience all around. Highly recommend!
