They have after hours techs available after closing time every day and one can always expect prompt, thoughtful, & courteous responses. They offer different contracts for businesses to choose from so that one can get only the services they need. This business has cut out cell phone repair, individuals calling in for home devices, etc. to make sure they are offering their all to those that have a contract with them. Definitely reccomended!

I had a very important file that was corrupted on a thumb drive. After an hour of being on the phone with my company's IT dept. trying to figure out how to recover the file, a friend suggested I contact Lightwire. Oh how thankful I am I did! The managing partner, Daniel, plugged my thumb drive in, worked some magic, and within 10 minutes he found a previous version of my file and recovered it!
