Decatur Med-Surg Clinic has received mixed reviews. Some recent visitors noted improvements in outpatient procedures and praised the helpfulness of the staff, particularly the Nurse Practitioner. However, long-time patients expressed frustration over long wait times and a lack of staff. Despite these concerns, the care provided by the medical team has been appreciated by many.

They were informative with providing patients with next steps in the hand-off process. Their confidence & kindness made me feel confident & more at ease. The professionals at Med-Surg CARE! Here for routine procedure. The bathroom in the waiting room smells like an outhouse and has not been cleaned properly in probably a month or longer. Looks like a gas station bathroom. If the bathroom is allowed to be that way, what about the rest of the facilities. Do better. I tried to contact via email but this is really the only way unfortunately
I like them because at least they are open seven days a week When people actually need them on the weekends, not like you. Other clinics that are not open just because you don't want to be open and don't care. The people on the weekends actually do get hurt. You are the clinics, make me sick
