Very professional service. We are new to termite control. Agent took the time to explain the service, what it covered, and what we could expect with each visit. Also set up online billing at our first meeting. Very seamless.
****,**. ****** is a ****************. 5 stars.We finally got squatters, the courts and laws seem to work for for the non-payers, out of a house we own. Unbelievable amount of work we need to do to make this home truly habitable so we've called several businesses covering many disciplines and no one really returns calls and certainly do not show up. ****** pest out of **** did return my call, they did speak with me, and they did show up to do the job! We had a huge hornet's nest in a ****( basketball size) and ****** pest Rome,**. showed up when they said they would and walked me through the process and the young man,**, showed up at the designated time, was extremely personable and professional and did the job! ***** to ***************, and another individual for following through. We will use ****** ****,**. again if we decide to not sell this house or encounter another pest related issue.
Prompt, professional service. Always friendly and come out quickly whenever you report an issue. They also replaced the underlayment and vents on my crawl space for a very reasonable price.
