Great job doing install of BAL Exact Slide Upgrade on our Alliance Paradigm 340RL. We were on a road trip and had our bedroom slide fail. The office team was so responsive to our requests and their follow up was excellent. Thank you Elaine and Deanna! Parts were ordered and arrived quickly. At de-winterization I found my bathroom floor rotted and soft. The shower drain had come loose the previous season. I cut out the linoleum and saw the damage was beyond my ability to repair. Andy’s looked at it and quoted about what I anticipated. Said they would get to it in two weeks. Three weeks (no big deal) later they called and said it was in the shop and they expected it out by the end of the week. That proved correct and it was a beautiful job. They went in from the bottom and welded L-bars to hang wooden cross beams on. Buttoned up the bottom then fitted and cut the plywood floor. We pulled into Andy’s RV Services in Decatur after dealing with some persistent electrical issues in our motorhome right in the middle of our trip. I cannot say enough good things about this place! The team members are true professionals; they diagnosed the problem quickly and got us back on the road without any unnecessary delay. The location is excellent—just a few minutes off the main routes, making it very easy to navigate and pull in, even with a larger rig.
