I gave my grand daughter a treat for her birthday. I took her to 1st. Massage &Spa for a 1 hour full body massage. She is an over the road truck driver with her husband. The shop is very clean and the workers are very nice and caring people. Luna did my grand daughter. She was very knowledgeable of pressure points, stretching and massaging all of the muscles in the body. She is a hard worker and does her very best to take all your aches and pains away. My grand daughter said that it was the best massage she has ever had in her life.
Went here with a crick in my neck. About midway through the massage I twisted left and right, my whole back popped. It went away. A whole week of pain gone in 20 minutes. I'll be back again.
