As a Massage therapist myself I am more selective on who I see. Alisha’s technique is a combination of therapeutic and relaxing! She helped disengage my fight or flight nervous system and was very methodical in releasing the tension in the areas I told her were hurting. Today I can walk without pain for the first time in a week and a half! I tried stretching, foam rolling, chiropractor all before I finally called Alisha! She is amazing at her craft and I plan to see her regularly and make her my go to and a priority for myself
Alisha was magnificent! I have never had a lymphatic massage, and she explained what she was going to do before the massage began. The room was cozy, peaceful and the perfect temperature. The massage was amazing and absolutely relaxing. My overall experience was wonderful. Alisha really listened to me and gave me great advice about my issues. I highly recommend her!!
After waking up with severe lower back and hip pain, I searched for a massage therapist and chose Alisha based off of all the 5 Star reviews. I was able to book a same day appointment and had a fantastic experience! The location is perfect, easy to find and the studio is calm, quiet and relaxing. Alisha really listened and understood the issues I was having and got to work. She took her time on my problem areas and made sure I was comfortable throughout the session.
