Terry was very helpful. He attempted to dry my wife's iphone, and when that didn't work, his price to replace the screen was reasonable and the service was quick. Highly recommend.

I’ve spoken to Terry twice now, and both times I was so impressed by his honesty and professionalism. The first time I called, he could have easily tried to sell me a repair, but instead he told me the truth—that it would be more cost-effective to just replace the phone. The second time, he offered a quick and affordable fix, and explained everything clearly. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and always so friendly. It’s rare to find someone in this business who’s not just skilled but also genuinely trustworthy. Highly recommend!

I was having trouble with the USB-C port on my Samsung Galaxy 22+. I took it to iDevicePro despite my phone not being an Apple device due to the their website stating that they also work on Android devices and because I live close by.

I fully expected Terry to tell me that the USB-C port needed replacing, but instead he was able take care of my issue by thoroughly cleaning the port, a service much cheaper that replacing it.

All in all, I'm very happy that I took my phone there and I recommend iDevicePro without reservation.
