I think the staff is very nice. My problem is they will prescribed every drug in the book. Even if non Big Pharma research says you don't need it. The side effects of some of the drugs I was prescribed are worse than the drug itself.
This place has awful customer service. I made an appointment as a new patient 1 month in advance and they had no recollection of the appointment whatsoever. The receptionist took no responsibility for the clinic’s mistake and kept eluding that I was making everything up. She then told me I would have to start the process all over again, having to submit a new patient approval request. Ridiculous.I’ll update on my experience with the doctor assuming I ever get an appointment. Cool, cool.**update** I had an appointment with Dr. Kayle, who was very professional and knowledgeable. Will be going back to see her. Changed my rating from 1 to 4 stars
