I have been going to Rob for stretching therapy to help my hips and knees, it has helped, I stopped going because of the virus but will go back as soon as things get better. Rod is great and knows what he is doing, thank you Rod.

Roderick is spot on!! Not only impressed with what he does physically but his knowledge is just crazy. Besides RELIEF in each session, I seriously learn things. Many of which I can apply to daily routine to help with chronic conditions. He explains to me the why and how which I really appreciate.
