I've been coming to Cutloose for a few years now and love it. Everyone is helpful and nice. The online booking system is super easy to use and I've never been blindsided by extra costs. My stylist is Megan C and she has always done a great job with my cut and color, I always get compliments on my hair. Definitely recommend her and the salon.

Great experience. 4th time there but this time I got Jeffrey and he was one of the best. Highly recommend him. I got a hair cut only and was done in 40min. He heard what I wanted and delivered. He also made sure during the process that I was happy with the length and the way it was turning out.

The managers reached out and asked me to come in one more time to fix it personally. We went over the experience and I really appreciated it and admire that level of commitment to get it right! I got my ash brown hair and am happy with the results! Wonderful customer service and they really helped fix the situation :)
