I cannot find the words to express how pleased I am with the service I just received from Chris Francis Tree Care. Josh and Oscar arrived at my property and located septic and drain fields and scoped out the best and safest placement of equipment and went right to work. Their office had already coordinated the taking down of the electrical feeder lines with Baldwin EMC so that was seamless for me. They worked efficiently and tirelessly, insuring that there was no chance of damage to anything surrounding the trees that they were pruning or removing. Later, the rest of their crew arrived and I was astonished at how quickly they worked. There were moments of brevity between the guys and I felt like they were actually having fun and enjoying what they were doing! It was like watching a family of brothers working together to accomplish a common goal.... and that goal was to please me as the customer. And they accomplished that goal 110%. They truly went 'over and above' my expectations. The cleanup was so complete that (other than the missing tree and the missing limbs that were pruned) you can't even tell that they were here! I can guarantee that it will be Chris Francis Tree Care that I call in the future for any additional tree work I need. They truly care about trees AND their customers! Kudos to the guys for a job well done and my utmost thanks and highest recommendation!

Chris Francis Tree Service removed a Bradford Pear from our back yard, removed the stump also another stump from our side yard. They were extremely careful and professional. The before and after photos are amazing! The job was done in an hour and a half! These folks are the only ones I will ever do business with again! And, I will proudly recommend them to anyone who needs tree service in their yards. When they were finished, they were sure to clean up any mess they made. Thank you so much to the crew who did the job!
