The blouse was included on my ticket and I ended up paying for it in error. I took the blouse back and explained it was not mine and asked to be refunded or a credit be applied to my account for future use. The guy that assisted me told me I was wrong and this was my blouse, I explained it was not... then he refused to refund me or credit me. The girl working said she would make the supervisor aware of the issue and someone would call me. I have not heard anything at all. I even picked up some more dry cleaning and asked about the issue again. I was told by the same girl that someone was looking into it. It has been several months at this point... I will not be returning.
