Dr. Ederer and her staff saved our beloved senior JRT Moose! We were traveling back to Key West and Moose had not been acting herself and the morning we were traveling from Shreveport to Daphne Moose had really declined. I began searching vets and chose Bayside. We’re so glad we did. We thought Moose was just experiencing some sort of doggie cold. We dropped her off before her appointment and within a couple hours Dr. Ederer called us and informed us that Moose was a very sick girl. I’m very happy with Bayside! Dr. Ederer and her staff are always very welcoming and treat my fur baby pixie like their own. I would highly recommend them! They offer boarding too which gives me a piece of mind for my pet to stay with familiar faces.

Update 08/2024 (with our dogs this time) Once again, the staff was very polite and attentive and took their time explaining things and answering our questions. We knew Levi and Lucien were in good hand when the staff took them back for their test. ~~~~~~~ 08/2023 Everyone has been so nice and helpful and have shown great care and concern for our little Ziggy. They have been easy to work with and have always answered all of my questions.
