I arrived an hour early. The polite gentleman at the desk checked me right in and I started my paperwork. Within 10 minutes of completing it I was taken back for X-rays and assessment by a very friendly tech, immediately followed by another assessment by someone that could judge the condition of my teeth and gums. A few minutes later the very knowledgeable doctor came in and went over my exam. I had gone in for complete dentures. She would not pull all of my teeth just because I said to. The staff was so kind and friendly upon arrival. The receptionist has an outstanding attitude and met my needs during the wait. This was the time I could say that I enjoyed my dental visit.

Upper plate had front teeth crooked and not centered, twice. Talked into lower partial keeping 6 teeth now need all pulled and new plate or 6 root canals. Rx sent to wrong out of state pharmacy and after letting them know it’s still not called in? We’re day three into the prescription battle. (Heavy sigh) Finally, they cancelled one of my appointments after I arrived and scheduled me for partial exam when clearly requested full for multiple tooth complaints. (smh)UPDATE: Aspen Dental has sure made things right. From cost to procedures to timeliness all is well! 5 stars to Aspen Dental!!
