so I made a snap decision to leave a bad review for John and his company. I am the first to admit if I was wrong. While there may have been an issue he is aware of the problem with all intentions on rectifying the issue. So the video's are true he does have integrity and if there is an issue he will take care of it. During this time of year with all the storms and such it may take more time to get to a point where it can be fixed and that is any company. I would recommend Alpha for any job you have going on .
