“Michelle has been amazing. A few years ago I was in town for a while and took two of my daughters here. All three of us got haircuts - one got a very short cut. It was a drastic change and none of us left crying -lol - which is usually typical for me. Michelle took the time to understand exactly what we wanted. She discussed it in detail, then afterwards took the time to style it. One of my daughters has extremely thick hair and took quite some time to thin out. Michelle gave us that time with no rush or complaints. She was so nice!

Last year I came back to town and brought another one of my daughters and my mom here, again to Michelle. This daughter is very sensitive and was so nervous about her hair she has been growing out for years. She is young too, but Michelle gave us time for a consultation beforehand (a few days before) and let us mull it over. She looked at photos my daughter picked out and explained how her hair type would differ. With my daughter's understanding, they carried on, and she even styled it for her like in the pictures. I was overjoyed to see how happy my kid was after! My mom also had excellent treatment, and walked away looking fabulous.

I came across Short Cuts Etc and read the reviews. THEY ARE NOT LYING! I told Kristi what happened and she told me to come in so she could take a look at it. It took no time for her to fix the trim and even it out. She was so friendly and pleasant and she was a savage with the scissors. I left with my hair looking and feeling better. I am black and my hair has a lot of texture but when I left it felt smooth and healthy. I highly recommend her for a great cut.“
