Only half of the dryers work. Half of the dryers that do work won't get very hot. A lot of the washers are out of order. And there is always a big puddle of water in the middle of the floor that you have to walk through to get to the washers that do work. The bathroom has been out of order for over a month now. (Or at least it was the last time I was there, 2 weeks ago)

About half the dryers were out of order and the ones that did work took about 40 to 50 minutes on high heat to dry the clothes. This was multiple dryers and the windows felt hot to the touch but they were slow at drying. My guess is the air was not circulating in any of these and they were just using just heat to dry the clothes. This was multiple dryers as well.

Great service that's fast! This is a fantastic place to take your laundry if you're TDY at FT. Rucker. This is the second time I've used them over the course of my career and I have nothing but good things to say about David and the service he provides. I think the minimum is 10# at $1.50 a pound. You may be able to do it cheaper on your own but when you can typically drop off at noon and pick up by 1600, it's well worth it to me. Not to mention your clothes are folded better than what the wife can do back home or you can have it hung upon request. I highly recommend supporting this small business!!!
