We started using Chad’s 6 years ago at our previous home for a full HVAC installation & their seasonal maintenance plan. We’ve decided to stick with them for the same services at our new home. They consistently deliver prompt, high-quality work at a fair price.
Most recently, we submitted an inquiry on Easter Sunday, got a call back within hours, had an assessment the next day, & were scheduled as soon as we were ready. We worked directly with the owner this time. His assessment was far more detailed than the other companies’, complete with photos, walkthrough videos, & clear explanations of the work to be done.
Adam Armstrong was my tech. He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He took his time and showed me and explained everything so that I understood what he was doing. I am very satisfied with his work. Would recommend him and Chad's A/C Direct.
