I called Mr. Robin after being referred through my home warranty service to repair my furnance, and my air conditioning unit. I was originally referred to the Sears Service Center out of Birmingham 4 weeks ago, to repair my furnance. All in all, they came out to my house on two different occassions, and spent over 8 hours, and still wanted to "order a new part", and come back a week later. After they left the 2nd time, my air conditioning unit would not come on.
