I've never actually bought anything from James and Company, but have on many occasions asked questions from their customer service representative Shannin. She has ALWAYS been extremely friendly and very helpful about my inquiries on different types of reclaimed wood and how they acquire it. I definitely recommend their services to anyone in my area (Arab). It's definitely worth the drive!

I have known these people for several years and the wood products they sell are well worth the price. They have been very helpful and in no way rude to anyone. I will continue to do business with them. Shannin has always been helpful and cheerful.
