I had a vinyl pool liner pop out in a few places and I had unrelated questions about my pool, and Todd had it fixed within 30 minutes. Seems like a great guy and great at his craft. I never heard anything back from the office after requesting service and Todd showed up maybe two Saturdays later on 20 minutes' notice, so I will say the communication could be better. It's a small business so I try to be understanding and flexible.

Unfortunately I didn’t end up going with Todd’s pool because of miscommunication from an outside sales representative from their company but I will say this Todd heard the situation and personally called me to apologize and told me anything he could do to make up for it he would. At this point I had already moved on to another company but with the high demand for pool repairs and building of new pools the fact he called me and explained the miscommunication and apologized for it shows you that they care about their customers where as the multiple other pool companies I called were just out right rude and condescending on the phone.
