I had the best massage from Jennifer today - she is highly certified, personable, and knowledgeable in what she does! I felt so relaxed and rejuvenated following my massage. I wish I could go to her regularly, if I lived in Clanton! She also offers private when group yoga classes. Highly recommend if you can book with her!

It was an amazing experience. I feel so much better. 10/10 would recommend coming here if you’re in any type of pain or just need to relax. Jennifer was great. Such a great personality,that really added to the environment. And she was very consistent with making sure I was okay and that I was comfortable. And nelly was absolutely amazing. Such a good dog

I was looking for a therapist that I could get into see a few months ago and so I googled. Showed me Southernroots. Made an online appointment. That was awesome in it self. I went and instantly I was greeted by a smiling Jennifer and got the tour. Awesome place. Warm and inviting. Southernroots is so much more of a healing experience than I have ever come across.
