Called on Friday afternoon to have AC checked because it was not cooling. I expected a day or more wait time, but a tech was dispatched within the hour. Ricky Jones diagnosed the problem being low of freon and added enough to check for a leak. A leak was found at the coil inside the house. He ordered one and within a week came back to replace it. I definitely wound recommend him as he was very honest. The office and Ricky were extremely adamant about keeping you informed of dispatch time. GCH exceeded my expectation.

I highly recommend Giles Heating and Cooling! Our HVAC stopped cooling, two technicians came out in the storm and it only took them 10 minutes or so to repair the unit and at a very reasonable price!
