Well I wasn't expecting to have to replace the unit, but then again it was in the back of mind. Excellent service, tech walked me through the process. I'm ready for cool air!

The installation guy's did a exceptional job.They were here on time and installed the unit and cleaned up.They had the unit up and running very fast.You can never go wrong with going with Giles.

The transformer on my AC unit went out and I had to get after hours service on a Friday evening. Tech showed up quick, was knowledgeable and friendly. Service fee was reasonable. I’ll call them again next time my AC needs service
