Sleeping Giant Heating & Cooling Inc. is a great company with great people. Service technicians are amazing, helpful, friendly, and passionate about their jobs with excellent communication skills. They come out quickly, often within hours of a call, even on the coldest and most miserable day, and show up as promised. They identify problems quickly, and repair costs are reasonable, saving customers thousands. One customer’s house was 92 inside, and they had someone out in about an hour and a half who was friendly, knowledgeable, found the problem, and replaced the part in 10-15 minutes. Customers can always count on Sleeping Giant and will be repeat customers.
I came home from vacation and my house was 92 inside! I called and they had someone out here in about an hour an a half and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. he found the problem and replaced the part and checked my Freon.
