Sleeping Giant Heating & Cooling Inc. is a great company with great people. Service technicians are amazing, helpful, friendly, and passionate about their jobs with excellent communication skills. They come out quickly, often within hours of a call, even on the coldest and most miserable day, and show up as promised. They identify problems quickly, and repair costs are reasonable, saving customers thousands. One customer’s house was 92 inside, and they had someone out in about an hour and a half who was friendly, knowledgeable, found the problem, and replaced the part in 10-15 minutes. Customers can always count on Sleeping Giant and will be repeat customers.
The tech was able to come out as quickly as possible and give a second opinion on a bad part. He was very thorough and professional and knowledgeable and able to explain everything that was being done and needing to be done. He went above the job and serviced my unit properly and did an outstanding job.
Updated August 2026. Blake was a huge help when our AC went out. He was willing to squeeze us in to come by and address the issue. I am very happy with Sleeping giants responsiveness. Always professional and helpful. Installation was fast and easy.
The Sleeping Giant tech was very young and highly skilled. He cleaned the unit and assessed my unit's malfunction when technicians of 25 and 30 years experience could not analyze and detect, and fix the problem with my Unit.
He was very courteous and mannerable beyond his years and a delight to talk to. Also the price was very affordable and inexpensive for a senior citizen on a fixed income. Other companies charge 3 times as much and I was extatic when my unit was fixed and paying a very reasonable price.
I will definitely use them in the future and I recommend them very highly to anyone who has a unit that is not functioning correctly.
