Hayden Brown was great to work with and his crew did excellent work. Hayden communicated with us throughout the project, the work was done quickly and was a quality job from estimate through cleanup. We have recommended Under One Roof to friends and will definitely call them when we have repairs or remodeling work in the future.
Chimney covered with cedar shingles were coming off. Also had holes from birds.
Workers arrived inspected chimney, removed damage areas. Determined damage was more extensive than expected. Basically tore most of it down, rebuilt it and covered the entire chimney with hardi board and painted. Also cleaned the rusty cap and painted. Workers were very professional and efficient. Excellent quality of workmanship. Cleaned everything up leaving nothing. Could not ask for any better. All work was covered by the original estimate that was for less work to be done.
Hayden came to my home with drone to show live pictures of roof and areas that needed repair. Followed up with detailed written estimate which i accepted. Workers showed up at appointed time and work was completed efficiently. Area cleaned up after work was done. I was shown pictures of completed repairs done to my satisfaction.
Ya Only complaint is that Hayden would not allow me to fly the drone!! 😂
