Awful customer service just while trying to book an appointment as a new client. If they don’t care enough to get you into their salon by basic politeness- are they going to care about how your hair looks?

My mom and I have been going to Kelli for years and no one in the world can do my hair like she can!! I have so much fun with her and Ginger every time I get my hair done. I recommend this place to anyone living in Chelsea or outside of Chelsea I drive an hour just to go here. I don't get my nails done but Courtney does my mothers nails and she is wonderful as well. It is a full service salon and they have tons of products on sale all the time. Plus they have a lot of really cool clothes they sell as well for great prices. Great atmosphere, great ladies, great prices, and just a great place to go to relax and get pampered and they are always having fun in there!

Looking for a post covid hair cut, where I didn't have to wear a mask to get a decent cut. No Mask, they listened to me about how I wanted my hair cut , then proceeded with friendly service. I've run the gamut with these places, they seem to care about your desires and not what they think about how you should look. I know it's just a hair cut and it will " for most of us" grow back. They took care of my unruly hair today. Wife happy, me Happy.
