Today was my first time visiting the salon, and it was a wonderful experience. The atmosphere is elegant but also warm and inviting. I booked online with Kat, and she was fantastic. She took the time to discuss my ideas about what I wanted, and she was very attentive. This will definitely be my new salon.
Baylee is quiet but sweet and did a great job on my hair. She listened attentively to what I wanted and double checked it several times throughout the haircut. I had originally booked with Desiree but she was running behind and my options were to be with Baylee or to wait. I didn't have time to wait, so I chose to be with Baylee. It wasn't the original plan but she did such a good job, I'll probably just book with her next time!
I'm new to the Chelsea area. I had a bad experience with a hair stylist and chose to use Ms. Desiree to fix it. She did an amazing job. My hair is long and thick. I had wanted layers from my last stylist and it was chopped up pretty bad. Ms. Desiree basically had to do surgery but the end results were amazing. I would recommend her to anyone. Going to get some color from her in a couple months. CHOOSE MS. DESIREE!!!!
