This is a posting from Weiss Supplies DBA Weiss Electric And Plumbing, Mr. Shumaker represented WS and the former owner in a sales transaction for the business. Even though he had ties with the former owner and not us he represented the transaction in an unbiased manner assisting us in legal manner that was fair for both parties.
