All of the staff are professional and truly caring. Everyone cheered me on as I continued to get better after shoulder surgery. They worked hard to help me get to where I needed to be. Everyone was always happy and the environment helped me on days when I wasn’t feeling too good.

The therapists provide great care and genuinely want to help you improve. Everyone is very friendly, and the atmosphere is relaxed and fun. I feel like I receive better care here than I have at previous PT offices. I highly recommend Shelby County Physical Therapy!

I love coming here so much that I’m kind of sad my shoulder pain has been relieved! The physical therapy is great and the people are even better!

Here at Shelby County Physical Therapy, we assess our patients and focus on improving both the obvious problems and pains, but also are skilled at finding the underlying root cause. We focus on improving dynamic movement patterns to improve both normal, functional motion, but also recreational/athletic performance. However, we know that many do not think of themselves as “athletes,” so for our generally active community members, we also use this approach to make your daily walks, yardwork, and general activities more efficient and less pain-provoking.
