Pro Call is reliable heating and cooling for home and business. The crew installed A/C unit, heat pump and other air system in one day and did work in time. They note the crew are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Communication was clear, quick and straight to the point, with calls and texts to make sure everything was great. Pricing was fair and cost effective, and the work did with hardworking and together. Over 13 years Pro Call has been a go‑to, highly recommended by many.
After 25 years, it was time to replace both my AC units and my gas furnaces. I got several quotes and they all seemed high. My office uses Pro Call for their AC work so I called Mike the owner. He came out to my house and confirmed it was time and walked me through my options and explained everything to me in great detail with absolutely no sales pressure. We finally agreed on what units would be best and his quote was extremely reasonable. I shared it with a friend of mine who recently sold his AC company and he confirmed Mike's quote was extremely competitive. Mike and his crew show up two days later and did the installs. Michael and another employee (I'm sorry I didn't get his name!) with Pro Call came to our house to fix our A/C unit. They did a wonderful job! We found Michael professional, knowledgable, and very friendly. Communication was clear, and they both were so hardworking and worked well together. In addition, we feel the pricing was very fair. Our experience was so positive, we now feel we have our go-to heating and cooling professionals in Pro Call. Highly recommended!
Mike and his crew came out and took care of our home in a few hours! Replaced my outside unit and heat pump in the attic, and added an extra register in my livingroom, after calling and texting me to make sure we were happy with everything..10 out of 10 easily, and would recommend to EVERYONE!
