I had the best professional experience here. And the lady that helped me pick my glasses and and explain my benefits and explain everything was amazing. Made me feel really comfortable and she really made me feel like I picked the perfect frames for my face and they were a totally different change from what I had. But we both loved them. She clearly explained my benefits and did not try to over sell me. Even though I upgraded a lot. Love my experience.
Great experience there. All the employee are so great at the Calera Al location. I went yesterday with my niece and then I went today by myself. And that 40% off for a second pair I could not let that slide???. Best MyEyeDR location I have ever went too and great selection of frames. You all have my business for life as long as WE keep the Calera location
I have been a patron for a couple of years before Covid and it is always an amazing experience each time. The staff and especially the physicians are phenomenal. It is very important to actually receive “great” customer service each and every time that I visit!
