I am following up with feedback regarding our hardscape/landscape project.

First, we love the steps up the hill. We get a lot of compliments, mostly from people who deliver stuff to our house. They appreciate the steps a lot more than walking up the hill. I'm also pleased with the flower beds, except I feel some plants were uprooted and not replanted properly after the attempt to fix the irrigation system.

On the other hand, you did not follow through on several items - lighting quote, your referral for adding stone around the front door, resolution for water running down hill, and unearthing the new juniper plants.

Just an opinion, it seems logical to me that the irrigation system work, especially around the flower beds, should have been done first vs. last.

Lastly, the machine used left deep craters in parts of our backyard. We had to have more drains installed to alleviate the standing water.

“Wow! Wow! Wow! Let me say they came to fix a previous landscapers work. My yard was a complete swamp!! First they show up on time and banged the work out! Removed all my old sod! Regraded my entire yard! Put in multiple long french drains, a river rock creek to control run off from Our hill, and put new sod... and even stayed to water it! Great work ethic! Did what they said they would.. when they said they would do it! And all in one day!!! Even fixed the neighbors yard too!! Will definitely be using them in the future!!
