Requested style: From long to short, for Summer. I requested a layered cut off ears and neck. Shampoo and blow dry prior to cut.

This place is always clean and their stylist are friendly. I have only had my hair cut there a couple of times. My husband will not go anywhere else. Because they keep track of what you want.GREAT PLACE AND USUALLY NOT TO LONG OF A WATE BECAUSE MOST CLIENTS USE THEIR APP TO SCHEDULE.I RECOMMEND
The haircut was really great and the lady who did it was very professional and efficient.The only issue I had was in using the app. I have had the app for quite a while and use each time I go to Great Clips. When I arrived at this location, I was greeted by one of the stylists, I told her I had checked in on-line and I could see my name on the screen. She then proceeded to take another customer who came in behind me and was not on the screen and told me to have a seat. When the stylist who eventually did cut my hair came out from the back, she immediately seated me and began to speak to the first stylist who had taken the other customer ahead of me.
