They did a Very quick oil change, Let me know things I may want to look at as far as recommendation for future maintenance, but we’re not pushy about it. They did not try to sell me things I did not need!! I have used other people in the past, but I will always come back to express!
I had the best experience at express oil. The sweet young man Dejuan washed my windows and was super sweet. They didn’t try to up sale anything or try to persuade me into unnecessary purchases which is rare!
I had called to see if they would mount a customer supplied travel trailer tire and wheel, I was told yes so I drove over with no expectation of it being done right away. After dropping everything off and leaving my contact number, I barely made it to my truck when they asked if I could wait as one of the techs was waiting on some tires to be delivered and would mount the tire. I think I may have been there a total of 15 minutes?!?
