The base of one of our toilets broke after a fall, so I reached out for help. Ben responded quickly, helped us choose a toilet that fit our bathroom perfectly, and installed it promptly. Even our curious cat supervising the process didn’t faze him! He was professional, personable, and reasonably priced—I’ll definitely be calling him for our next plumbing need.
Benjamin was very professional, polite and thorough. He came in and explained what was going on and what I needed to do. Also he waited until I got off from work which was very helpful and I’m thankful. Would recommend 10 out of 10.
